Do you provide book restoration services, or can you recommend someplace that does?

No, we do not provide book restoration services. In the Oklahoma City area, Ace Book Bindery and Sooner Book Bindery provide restoration services.

Do you provide Bible restoration services, or can you recommend someplace that does?

No, we do not provide Bible restoration services. In the Oklahoma City area, Ace Book Bindery and Sooner Book Bindery provide restoration services.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, check or ACH for existing customers.

What are the terms for invoice payment?

Net 10 days.

Are the terms for invoice payment different for a new customer?

Yes, cash or check upon delivery.

Do you give discounts?

We are currently not offering any discounts at this time.

Do you accept projects from customers outside the Oklahoma City area? If so, how is the project transported?

Yes, transportation is the customer’s responsibility.

What is the turn-around time on projects?

This varies depending on the size of project and our schedule when the project actually arrives at our facility.

What happens to a project if there is flooding, tornado, vandalism, fire or other disasters?

We are fully insured to protect our customer’s projects.

What happens if a customer has a deadline that cannot be met during regular business hours? Is there an option for a customer to pay overtime charges to meet their deadline?

The customer always has the option to pay overtime charges to meet a deadline if arranged with management.

Do you provide pre-planning consultation to help the customer set up a project for success?

Yes, if a customer will contact us at the beginning of the process, they are much less likely to have trouble on the finishing end of the project. Our philosophy is to start at the back end of the project (bindery) and then work our way to the beginning of the project (design). This process alleviates numerous problems.
